The 2022 Strategic Tech Plan completed 81% of its projects, surpassing the 70% goal. BIM, design, info, and tech training were included.
The 2022 Strategic Technology Plan covered various areas, including BIM, Design, Information, and Technology Training. The strategy aimed to complete 126 technology projects and achieved an 81% success rate by finishing 103 projects, exceeding the initial goal of meeting 70% of all projects. I am proud of this significant accomplishment.
